Is this the mall with the grocery store at the bottom floor?
Yes. It is the mall you talk about. Near the Irtysh river.
Thank you Nikolay for the picture, I was there many,many times and there is a restorant up there on the 12th floor, if i'm not mistaken. Gorgeous place, i'm going to bay all things in this mall, next time, no doubts.
I still haven't visited this restaurant. And forget about it every time I pass near :-)
